Prioritise Instagram over Facebook for initial awareness building.
Use Instagram to drive users to Facebook for better engagement.
Refreshed Brand Persona
Focused brand persona targeting on young mothers, mothers-to-be, especially with babies and children up to 5 years using age and interest targeting on Facebook Ads Manager.
Mix of Paid and Unpaid
Developed social media content marketing plan comprising both paid Ads to drive awareness and unpaid posts every alternate day to re-establish brand presence.
Persona Specific Posts
Developed social media assets addressing persona specific pain points like lack of sleep, special events like Singapore's National Day as well as hacks for using essential oils.
Established Base for Future Efforts
Ran video and photo Ads on both Instagram and Facebook to determine a good starting point for future social media channel mix and strategy.
Refreshed brand logo.
Created a new Instagram page.
Refreshed existing Facebook page.
Event specific posts (Singapore National Day, 9 Aug 2021).
Posts targeting persona needs - lack of sleep.

RESULTS
Reached an average of 4,000+ users daily per Ad, CPM of US$ 1.90 and 16% engagement rate.
